Are you looking for the perfect house? I will help you find it. I will work hard for you. It is my intention to create a comfortable, knowledgeable and professional working relationship with you. We will work together in assessing your needs and desires for your new home and combine that information with knowledge of the market. I have the most current information, access to new listings on an hourly basis, and a 25 year history in the area to communicate the nuances of the community.

I am in constant communication with my clients keeping them informed of every aspect involved in buying a home. My established working relationships with excellent real estate related service companies ensure that your transaction will be processed promptly and accurately. To achieve that goal, I will guide my clients through:

  • What is the Value of your property? --- My Real Estate Appraisal background provides the experience to assure you that you are not overpaying for a home.

  • Negotiating the actual purchase --- I have represented clients in hundreds of transactions to arrive at a favorable negotiating position for my clients.

  • Financing – I can meet with you during our initial meeting and show you how a lender will underwrite the loan. Bankers do not think like the rest of us and I will show what you can afford based on the ‘Lender’s Guidelines.’

  • Escrow, Title --- The background paperwork of the transaction will be handled efficiently and at the lowest cost to you.

  • Inspections – I have a complete list of qualified inspectors to ensure you ‘know what you are buying.’

  • Contractors --- After you find a home, I have references for any type of trade you will need, should you wish to make any changes to your new home.

The majority of my new clients are referrals from previously satisfied clients or past clients. I have sold multiple houses to families, as their needs change while raising children.
