in assessing your needs and desires for your new home and combine that

access to new listings on an hourly basis, and a 25 year history in the
area to communicate the nuances of the community.

every aspect involved in buying a home. My established working relationships
with excellent real estate related service companies ensure that your
transaction will be processed promptly and accurately. To achieve that
goal, I will guide my clients through:

of your property? --- My Real Estate Appraisal background provides the
experience to assure you that you are not overpaying for a home.
- Negotiating the
actual purchase --- I have represented clients in hundreds of transactions
to arrive at a favorable negotiating position for my clients.
- Financing –
I can meet with you during our initial meeting and show you how a lender
will underwrite the loan. Bankers do not think like the rest of us and
I will show what you can afford based on the ‘Lender’s Guidelines.’
- Escrow, Title
--- The background paperwork of the transaction will be handled efficiently
and at the lowest cost to you.
- Inspections –
I have a complete list of qualified inspectors to ensure you ‘know
what you are buying.’
- Contractors ---
After you find a home, I have references for any type of trade you will
need, should you wish to make any changes to your new home.
