This real estate appraisal position involved detailed market analysis of market trends and conditions. These conclusions had to be supported in courtroom proceedings.

Advanced Residential and Investment Analysis: An additional 80-hour course on advanced techniques in valuation analysis. As a client, this would be helpful in maximizing your leverage position in income property. 

Advanced Investment Analysis: A 40-hour course on extremely advanced cash flow analysis and present value techniques.
